Replace leaking boost pumps in accordance with Step 2 of the Requirement Document.\n\n    3. Affected pumps held as spares; inspect in accordance with the Requirement Document.\n\nCompliance: 1. Within 100 hours’ time in service after 30 September 1986 or before 31 March 1987 whichever occurs first.\n\n    2. Before further flight after initial inspection.\n\n    3. Before installation in an aircraft after 30 September 1986.\n\nNote: Compliance with the original issue and amendment 1 of this AD does not constitute compliance with this issue and a further certification is required.\n\nCompliance with amendment 2 of this AD does constitute compliance and no further certification is required.\n\nBackground: Amendment 2 to this Directive reflects the manufacturer’s latest Service Bulletin and places a time limit for modification of fuel boost pumps.
