It affects aircraft operators and maintenance organisations of the listed 767s because the measure addresses heater‑tape overheating that could ignite debris and cause a cargo‑compartment fire."}},"importantCases":[],"_links":{"self":"/api/acts/ad-b767-228-forward-and-aft-cargo-compartments-water-and-drain-line-heaters","history":"/api/acts/ad-b767-228-forward-and-aft-cargo-compartments-water-and-drain-line-heaters/history","analysis":"/api/acts/ad-b767-228-forward-and-aft-cargo-compartments-water-and-drain-line-heaters/analysis","conflicts":"/api/acts/ad-b767-228-forward-and-aft-cargo-compartments-water-and-drain-line-heaters/conflicts","importantCases":"/api/acts/ad-b767-228-forward-and-aft-cargo-compartments-water-and-drain-line-heaters/important-cases","documents":"/api/acts/ad-b767-228-forward-and-aft-cargo-compartments-water-and-drain-line-heaters/documents"}}
