The requirements of this Directive are intended to prevent jamming of the rudder-aileron interconnect cables by unsecured items in the baggage compartment, which could result in failure of the rudder-aileron interconnect cable system. Such a failure could lead to loss of control. |\n| ----------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |\n\n![](image.001.png) \nDavid Villiers \nDelegate of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority\n\n2 September 2009","sortOrder":0},{"sectionNumber":"AD/AT 800/12","sectionType":"part","heading":"AD/AT 800/12","content":"## AD/AT 800/12","sortOrder":1},{"sectionNumber":"Rudder-Aileron Interconnect Cable Shield","sectionType":"part","heading":"Rudder-Aileron Interconnect Cable Shield","content":"## Rudder-Aileron Interconnect Cable Shield","sortOrder":2},{"sectionNumber":"11/2009 DM","sectionType":"part","heading":"11/2009 DM","content":"## 11/2009 DM","sortOrder":3}],"analysis":{"flash_summary_failed":{"failed":true,"reason":"Unauthenticated.
