Inspect all hinge halves of both ailerons and both elevator trim tabs from the underside of the aircraft to determine if hinges are of the formed type, made by rolling the edge of a 1.016 mm (0.040 inches) thick flat sheet, or of the extruded type, 1.524 mm (0.060 inches) thick. If extruded hinge halves are found in all locations, no further action is required.2.
