Investigation revealed that the interrupts were caused by the rupture of capacitor 57GA. This capacitor allows the retraction to continue following the loss of electrical power. This Directive mandates the replacement of capacitor 57GA by an electrolyte capacitor with a tantalum casing.Amendment 1 is issued to clarify the AD applicability. |\n\n![](image.001.jpeg)\n\nPieter van Dijk \nDelegate of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority\n\n17 May 2017","sortOrder":0},{"sectionNumber":"AD/A320/70 Amdt 1","sectionType":"part","heading":"AD/A320/70 Amdt 1","content":"## AD/A320/70 Amdt 1","sortOrder":1},{"sectionNumber":"Landing Gear Retraction Control Circuit","sectionType":"part","heading":"Landing Gear Retraction Control Circuit","content":"## Landing Gear Retraction Control Circuit","sortOrder":2},{"sectionNumber":"10/2017","sectionType":"part","heading":"10/2017","content":"## 10/2017","sortOrder":3}],"analysis":{"kimi_summary":{"content_quality":"ok","complexity_score":2,"scope_assessment":{"changed":false,"description":"This Airworthiness Directive maintains its original narrow scope.
