These Regulations may be cited as the Aboriginal Development Commission (Remuneration and Allowances) Regulations.\n\nRemuneration payable to the Chairman\n\n2. On and from 22 October 1981, the Chairman shall be paid remuneration at the rate of $46,278 per year.\n\nAllowances payable to the Chairman\n\n3. On and from 22 October 1981, the Chairman is entitled to be paid such allowances as would be payable to him if he were an officer included in the Second Division of the Australian Public Service.\n\nNOTE\n\n1\\.
